Castrating Animals is Prohibited

Ibn-e-Abbas (RadiAllah-Anho) says that the Messenger of Allah

(SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) strictly forbade from tying beings that have souls and doing archery on them and the castrating of animals (Ikhsai-ul-Bahaim).

(This hadith has been narrated by Bazaar in his Musnad and all the narrators are of Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Muslim) (Majma-uz-Zawaid Vol. 5 pg 265. The Sanad of this hadith is Sahih)

Request The readers are requested to circulate this hadith as much as they can especially to those people, who castrate animals, hurt them and then sell them with pride.
